Working with an existing client to provide a satellite surgery for a prestigious PCT Surgery in Mayfair, London, on behalf of Westminster PCT. As lead consultant and contract administrators the PCT surgery was created from existing Edwardian buildings. This was a challenging project due to problematic damp ingress, unknown structural complications, existing services and stringent conservation planning laws.

Studio 4 was appointed in November 2009 to review feasibility options with Westminster Primary Care Trust, then appointed as lead consultant on success of a site and scheme. The project was completed in December 2010.
