Located in the heart of SOHO, this new HIV & GUM clinic for Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust is already regarded as a model for future clinics. With 56 Dean Street the aim is to create a space that would stand the test of time. One that moved firmly away from the sterile and dull environments all too often associated with sexual health clinics and provide above all a welcoming / supportive environment.

Studio 4 were commissioned to formulate the brief and provide detailed planning and design concepts up to and including tender documentation for a design and build contract.
