STUDIO 4 were appointed by this fast expanding US technology company to locate and fit-out their London based UK sales office.

This fast-track project required a detailed evaluation of a number of available category A office spaces in central London.

The appraisal process looked at a number of factors including the quality of the available space, adaptability / functionality of the plan, as well as wider, social factors including proximity to local amenities and transportation links.

STUDIO 4 have been responsible for the detailed design of this scheme and interpreting the client’s branding requirements to the UK marketplace. As a turnkey project, we have been responsible for providing our services for all aspects of the scheme including the implementation of a furniture package to be rolled out across all future European expansion sites.

This 6000 sq.ft fit-out completed at the end of May 2013. Studio 4 were then commissioned for the second phase of the company’s European expansion which is a technical support centre in Ireland.
